Return policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products.
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused;
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it;
- The item must be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require:
- A receipt;
- Proof of purchase;
- Or order confirmation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (including return shipping costs).
No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.
We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to:
- your credit card;
- or your original payment method.
The refund will be completed within a reasonable processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as refunds often require additional processing time.
